HR WAYS (PRIVATE) LIMITED, a distinguished participant in Pakistan's textile sector and a leader in garment production and export, is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager. This role is dedicated to fostering business growth through the identification of new market opportunities, bolstering sales channels, and nurturing enduring B2B client partnerships. The position focuses on lead generation, enhancing the company’s brand visibility, forming strategic alliances, and closing sales deals. Collaboration with internal teams ensures customer satisfaction and the smooth execution of orders. This role is ideal for a professional with over three years of experience in sales and business development within the garment industry and is skilled in sales strategy development, sales forecasting, and team leadership, though this role does not require managing a team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted markets to expand the company’s reach and sales volume.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to build and enhance the company’s online presence for marketing and lead generation.
  • Generate and qualify leads through robust research, outreach efforts, and networking activities to build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Construct and maintain professional communication with clients via email, phone calls, and meetings to foster long-lasting relationships.
  • Coordinate efforts with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution, delivery timelines, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present detailed business plans aimed at expanding brand presence and diversifying sales channels.
  • Onboard and manage relationships with distributors, agents, and direct B2B clients to ensure effective market penetration and service delivery.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify potential growth areas.
  • Draft and manage pricing proposals, contracts, and tenders in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to secure business deals.
  • Drive lead generation activities using cold calling, digital platforms, referrals, and other innovative methods to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Utilize sales and marketing tools, including MS Office, CRM systems, and digital platforms to monitor sales performance and customer interaction.
  • Analyze sales data and generate detailed reports to measure performance against objectives and inform strategic planning.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder management practices by aligning internal resources and external partners to support business goals.
  • Execute strategic plans with a focus on channel development and lead conversion to boost overall sales performance and brand visibility.
