Job Summary

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with strong experience in SaaS sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and close deals with academies, institutes, and tutoring businesses seeking CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying customers through outreach, demos, and consultative selling.

Conduct product demos of Seemi.co CRM to tutoring centers, online academies, and education consultants.

Understand client pain points in student management, billing, scheduling, and operations to tailor the CRM presentation.

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (owners, administrators, and academic heads).

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize sales funnels and client onboarding experience.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (pipeline tracking, follow-ups, deal stages).

Represent Seemi.co at online events, webinars, and networking sessions (if required).

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within the education or CRM domain.

Strong understanding of SaaS business models, lead conversion, and subscription-based sales.

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Experience with CRM tools, cold outreach, and demo-based selling.

Ability to handle international clients (especially in UK, US, and Middle East markets).

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a remote team.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience selling to tutoring academies, e-learning platforms, or educational consultancies.

Familiarity with HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce for managing pipelines.

Basic understanding of SaaS pricing, onboarding, and client retention strategies.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.
