The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by ensuring smooth coordination of daily operations, order processing, and communication across departments. The role involves managing schedules, maintaining documentation, and facilitating efficient information flow to support timely service delivery. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales team activities by managing schedules and maintaining important documents.
  • Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely execution.
  • Communicate with clients regarding order status, delays, or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant procedures.
  • Facilitate coordination between departments for smooth operations.
  • Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and suggest improvements.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; relevant certifications will be an advantage.
  • Prior experience in a sales or coordination role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
