Sales Coordinator

To drive lead conversion for our student counselling agency. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective students - your job is to engage them, build trust, and convert inbound inquiries into booked consultations with our counselling team. This is a target-driven sales role.

• Handle inbound leads across calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
• Qualify leads based on study-abroad goals, budget, and eligibility
• Convert leads into scheduled meetings/consultations - this is your core KPI
• Follow up persistently on cold/warm leads to maximize conversion rate
• Maintain CRM records and track your pipeline daily

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
