Sales Deal Closer – Visa Consultancy

Gulf Star Services is looking for a confident, persuasive, and target-oriented Sales Deal Closer to join our Visa Consultancy Sales Team.

This position is specifically focused on converting confirmed/qualified leads provided by the company into successful sales. The Sales Deal Closer will be responsible for contacting assigned leads, understanding client requirements, handling objections, coordinating with clients throughout the sales process, and successfully closing the deal.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and handle confirmed/qualified leads provided by the company.
• Contact assigned leads promptly through calls, WhatsApp, and other approved communication channels.
• Understand the client's visa requirements, travel plans, and concerns.
• Clearly explain the company's visa consultancy services, process, fees, and terms.
• Build trust and maintain professional communication with potential clients.
• Conduct consistent and timely follow-ups with assigned leads.
• Handle client questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
• Use effective sales closing and negotiation techniques to convert leads into confirmed clients.
• Coordinate with clients from the initial contact until successful sales closure and payment confirmation.
• Maintain regular communication with interested clients without losing follow-up opportunities.
• Follow up with clients who require additional time or documents before making a decision.
• Maintain accurate records of all assigned leads, follow-ups, client responses, and sales closures.
• Coordinate with the Visa Processing Department after a successful sale for proper case handover.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly closing targets.
• Maintain a strong conversion rate from confirmed leads to successful sales.
• Provide regular sales updates and performance reports to management.

Important: No Lead Generation Required

The company will provide confirmed/qualified leads.

The primary responsibility of the Sales Deal Closer is to:

Receive Lead → Contact Client → Consult → Follow Up → Handle Objections → Negotiate → Close Deal → Confirm Payment → Handover

Performance & Targets

• Monthly Sales Closing Target will be assigned by management.
• Performance will be measured based on lead conversion and successful deal closures.
• Strong focus on follow-up discipline, closing ability, and revenue generation.
• Attractive commission/incentives will be provided on successful sales, as per company policy.
• Additional performance-based incentives may be offered for achieving or exceeding monthly targets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in visa consultancy, immigration, travel, tourism, or related services.
• Proven ability to convert leads and close sales.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
• Fluent spoken English is preferred.
• Confident, energetic, and professional personality.
• Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented and motivated by sales performance and commission.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Good computer and MS Office skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
