Senior Sales Executive

Gulf Star Services is looking for an experienced, confident, and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a professional personality, and a proven ability to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and convert incoming sales leads into customers.
• Identify new business and sales opportunities.
• Communicate with potential and existing clients professionally.
• Conduct sales calls, follow-ups, and client consultations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Achieve assigned monthly and individual sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth processing of customer cases.
• Follow company sales procedures, policies, and reporting requirements.
• Support junior sales staff and contribute to overall team performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in sales; experience in visa consultancy, travel, or related services will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in spoken English is preferred.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Confident and presentable personality.
• Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and follow-ups efficiently.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Details

Position: Senior Sales Executive
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Timing: 9:45 AM – 6:30 PM
Location: Karachi
Salary: Competitive salary + commission/incentives based on experience and performance
