Sales Development Representative

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and lead generation? We’re looking for part-time Cold Callers / SDRs to join our team and help homeowners in the U.S. explore solar energy savings! This is a performance-based remote role, offering $2 per qualified lead—the more leads you generate, the more you earn!

🔹 About the Role
As an SDR, you’ll be making outbound calls to homeowners in the U.S., identifying key decision-makers, and qualifying leads for our solar energy programs. Your goal is to build rapport, gather essential information, and pass on potential customers to our sales team. If you have strong communication skills and love working in a results-driven environment, we want you on our team!

🔹 Responsibilities
✅ Outbound Calling – Engage with homeowners to introduce solar energy savings opportunities

✅ Lead Qualification – Ask key questions to determine if the homeowner meets program requirements

✅ CRM Management – Update and track lead details in our system

✅ Meet & Exceed Goals – Strive to achieve high conversion rates for qualified leads

🔹 Qualifications
✔ 1-2 years of experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation (preferred but not required)

✔ Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

✔ Self-motivated and results-driven, able to work independently

✔ Basic computer skills and experience using CRMs or lead tracking tools

✔ Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
