We are looking for remote SDR for B2B and B2C Campaigns. We are offering market competitive payrates for the expreienced individuals.

As an SDR, your primary responsibility will be scheduling qualified appointments. You will engage with U.S. citizens over the phone, educate them on the benefits and prospects for our solutions.

COMPENSATION:

• B2B: Payrate may vary depending upon the experience.
• B2C: Base Pay (Rs. 80,000/mo) + Performance-Based Incentives. Potential Earning=Rs. 180,000 - 240,000/mo
• Daily Transfer Bonuses.
• Monthly Leaderboard Rewards.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make high-volume outbound calls across designated U.S. territories.
• Educate potential customers on solutions.
• Identify decision-makers, qualify prospects, and schedule in-home or virtual consultations.
• Follow up on warm leads and re-engage previous prospects.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly appointment-setting targets.

QUALIFICATION:

• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or call center environments preferred.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident phone presence.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle objections professionally and build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Must have reliable internet and a quiet work-from-home setup.
