Sales Development Representative

IMC Certifications is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team in Karachi. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and setting qualified appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify potential leads via cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.

Respond to inbound inquiries and build rapport with potential clients.

Understand IMC Certifications’ services and effectively communicate their value.

Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales executives.

Update and manage leads using CRM tools.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture interest.

Achieve weekly and monthly targets for outreach and lead generation.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaign efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

1+ year of experience in telesales, lead generation, or customer service roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident in cold calling and handling objections.

Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Highly motivated, organized, and target-oriented.

Willingness to learn and grow in a sales career.
