Lime Software Logics is a fast-growing design and development agency providing custom web and software solutions to clients worldwide. We're looking for a results-driven International Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our client base through strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our design and development services

- Identify client needs and present tailored solutions based on our offerings

- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for senior sales or technical teams

- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of communications in CRM

- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for outreach, meetings booked, and sales closed

- Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to ensure alignment of messaging and offerings

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales or cold calling roles

- Proven track record in selling digital services, preferably in design and development

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (verbal and written)

- Comfortable with CRMs, cold outreach tools, and remote collaboration platforms

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

- Understanding of design and development processes (web/app/branding)
