🔎 Position Overview

Our client in the Engineering & Manufacturing sector is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead B2B sales initiatives and drive market expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Mechanical Engineering along with business acumen (MBA preferred) and proven experience in industrial sales, business development, and strategic marketing.

This role requires building long-term relationships with industrial clients, contractors, and stakeholders while working closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in engineering, manufacturing, industrial, and defense-related sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and product presentations.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Support marketing initiatives including product launches, exhibitions, branding, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and KPI dashboards.
• Represent the company in client meetings, industry forums, trade exhibitions, and business development events.

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
• MBA in Marketing / Business Administration (Preferred)
• 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or industrial sales.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or project-based industries will be highly preferred.
