Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand customer base and increase market share
Manage displays, signboards & other marketing material
Meeting sales targets; quarterly & yearly. Maintain healthy relationships with clients
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1-2 Years of Retail Sales Experience in Automotive Parts, Lubricants, FMCG, or Construction
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive or lubricants industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
