Sales Executive – Karachi (Software House)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at a leading software house in Karachi.

Job Role:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the software industry
Manage and strengthen client relationships, providing ongoing support and guidance
Drive sales targets and ensure the sales team's performance aligns with company objectives
Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in website development and software solutions, to adjust strategies accordingly
Lead and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed goals
Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance and market changes
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (BBA/MBA)
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales management within the software or tech industry
Knowledge of websites, software development, and related services is essential
Ability to understand client requirements and present tailored software solutions
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Shift : 08:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

Salary : Competitive and based on market standards
