We’re hiring a Sales Executive to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about B2B sales and have experience in the plastics or masterbatch industry, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage potential clients within plastics-related industries.
• Build long-term relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
• Present masterbatch solutions, negotiate contracts, and close profitable deals.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to shape sales strategies.
• Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions like color matching and performance additives.
• Maintain sales pipeline, track activities, and report using CRM tools.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong B2B sales skills with the ability to prospect, negotiate, and close.
• Knowledge of plastics manufacturing, polymer processing, and masterbatch applications.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B/institutional sales experience, preferably in plastics, chemicals, or masterbatch sector, with a proven sales track record.
