📍 Location: Onsite – EME Society, near Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore, Pakistan
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (1-hour break included)

💰 Salary: Starting from PKR 40,000/month + Commission

About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing truck dispatching company. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our client base across the U.S. by promoting and selling dispatching services to owner-operators and small trucking fleets.
This is a performance-focused role ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a solid understanding of the U.S. trucking and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and pursue new leads and business opportunities within the U.S. trucking industry
•Build strong relationships with independent truck drivers and fleet owners
•Present and promote dispatching services effectively to potential clients
•Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
•Maintain up-to-date client records using CRM tools
•Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction

Requirements:
•Proven track record in B2B sales (experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage is highly preferred)
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities
•Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
•Familiarity with the U.S. trucking industry and challenges faced by drivers/fleet owners
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
