Sales Executive – Upwork & Freelancer Bidder (Onsite)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer.com, and other freelance marketplaces by identifying suitable projects, writing compelling proposals, communicating with potential clients, and converting leads into long-term customers.

This is an onsite position with working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer.com, and similar platforms.
• Write customized, high-converting proposals based on client requirements.
• Communicate professionally with clients and respond to messages promptly.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with the design and development teams to understand project requirements.
• Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing when required.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Keep track of proposals, responses, and project outcomes.
• Stay updated with marketplace trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Upwork, Freelancer.com, or online bidding is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and prepare persuasive proposals.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of digital services such as Graphic Design, Branding, Web Development, UI/UX, WordPress, Shopify, or Digital Marketing is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
