Sales Executives

Globe Digits is looking for energetic and confident individuals with excellent English communication skills and experience in international call center. The ideal candidate will interact with international clients, promote e-book services, handle customer inquiries, and achieve sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Shift timings: Night (9:00 Pm to 6:00 Am)
- Location: Clifton Block 8, Karachi.
- Working days: 5 (sat & sun off)
- Number of Vacancies: 13

Key Responsibilites:
- Communicate with international clients via calls and emails.
- Promote and sell e-book-related services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an international call center (sales or customer support).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Minimum Intermediate/A-Level; Bachelor's degree preferred.
