We are now hiring a Senior Sales Manager to drive new business growth, own the full sales cycle, and play a key leadership role in expanding our client base and revenue.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of generating leads, managing the pipeline, and closing deals. You will:
✅ Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach,email campaigns, and any other innovative channels you bring to the table.
✅ Work on warm inbound leads provided by the company — qualifying, managing, and closing them.
✅ Set your own appointments, lead discovery and sales calls, manage client communication, and drive deals to close — fully owning the sales process end-to- end.
✅ Continuously suggest and implement new sales strategies to expand lead sources and drive pipeline growth (partnerships, referrals, events, creative outreach, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead Generation & Outreach
Drive outbound lead generation via cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, partnerships, and any other sales channels.
Proactively suggest and implement additional lead-gen strategies (events, collaborations, content-based funnels, partnerships, etc.).
✅ Warm Lead Conversion
Manage warm inbound leads provided by HireGummy.
Qualify, engage, and personally take them through to close — no handoff to another manager.
✅ Full Sales Cycle Ownership
Set your own appointments and lead client calls.
Conduct discovery sessions, present HireGummy solutions, handle objections, and close deals.
Drive post-sale handoff to internal delivery teams.
✅ CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate pipeline, lead, and opportunity data in Salesforce CRM.
Provide regular reporting on pipeline health and performance.
Continuously optimise sales processes for better conversion and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
✅4+ years proven B2B sales experience — ideally in HR, recruitment, SaaS,
outsourcing, or professional services.
✅ Strong experience in cold calling and outbound sales.
✅ Demonstrated ability to close deals independently and hit/exceed targets.
✅ Self-starter who can own the entire sales cycle — from first contact to close.
✅ Creative in finding new ways to bring leads and grow pipeline.
✅ Strong CRM experience — ideally Salesforce.
✅ Excellent English communication and relationship-building skills.
✅ Ambitious, driven, and excited about building a sales team under you as the company grows.
