Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the sales operations and marketing strategy for our premium Beach and Resort Real Estate Project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building brand presence, and managing client relations for luxury apartments, villas, and plots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve project sales targets.
• Lead the sales team, manage agents, and monitor daily sales performance.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital, outdoor, events, and PR) to attract potential investors and buyers.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property visits to ensure conversion of leads into sales.
• Coordinate with the design and media teams for brochures, social media content, and digital ads.
• Build relationships with brokers, real estate agencies, and investors to expand market reach.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
• Represent the company in property expos, events, and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

• Education: MBA in Marketing or Business Administration (Preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in Real Estate Sales & Marketing, preferably in luxury or resort-based projects.
• Proven record of achieving high-value property sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent knowledge of Karachi’s real estate market and coastal property trends.
• Ability to manage and motivate a sales team effectively.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
