We are looking for high caliber “Sales Officers” in multiples cites.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Expand market share by identifying new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Distributor & Retailer Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and merchandising at point-of-sale locations.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
Gather customer feedback and report insights to the Sales Manager.
Reporting & Compliance:
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports, including sales performance, challenges, and recommendations.
Ensure adherence to company policies, trade schemes, and credit terms.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the supply chain and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
