Sales Officer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bancassurance Sales Officer / Sales Executive / Team Lead at Jubilee Life Insurance in Karāchi. The incumbent will be responsible for sales consulting, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and offering consulting services to clients. As a Team Lead, you will also guide and motivate your team to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong sales consulting and consulting skills
Excellent customer satisfaction, communication, and customer service skills
Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
