Join Travel App Events and Destination as a Sales & Operations professional responsible for managing all aspects of travel and tour operations. This role involves overseeing bookings, ticketing, hotel reservations, tours, and transportation to deliver seamless travel experiences. You lead a team of five, coordinating with B2B travel agents, suppliers, airlines, and hotel partners to ensure timely execution of client requests and travel itineraries. You play a critical role in handling escalations, resolving operational issues efficiently, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate and B2B clients. Your expertise in process optimization and adherence to travel regulations supports the companys mission to provide excellent service while controlling operational costs and improving overall efficiency. In this position, you continuously monitor operational key performance indicators such as turnaround time, service quality, and client satisfaction to uphold high standards. You supervise the operations team, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and vendor agreements. This role demands a proactive approach to business process management, a keen understanding of ERP systems, and a strategic mindset to enhance travel and tour operations dynamically. Your experience of at least five years in the travel industry equips you to excel in this fast-paced environment and contribute significantly to the companys success.
Responsibilities
 

  • Oversee end-to-end travel operations including bookings, ticketing, hotel reservations, tours, and transportation to ensure smooth client experiences.
  • Manage and coordinate with B2B travel agents, suppliers, airlines, and hotel partners to secure reliable service and competitive arrangements.
  • Ensure timely execution of client requests and travel itineraries while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Handle escalations promptly by resolving operational issues and providing effective solutions to maintain client trust and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and B2B clients to foster repeat business and enhance client engagement.
  • Monitor operational key performance indicators such as turnaround time, service quality, and client satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise the operations team of five members, provide guidance, ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Optimize processes continuously to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and align with best practices in travel and tour management.
  • Ensure full compliance with travel regulations, company policies, and vendor agreements to mitigate risks and uphold company standards.
  • Utilize ERP systems and business process management tools to streamline operations and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align operational activities with company goals and customer needs.
