Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative (Cold Calling & Appointment Setting)

We are building a high-performance outbound sales team and are looking for individuals who are driven, competitive, and results-oriented.

Job Summary:

As an Outbound Sales Representative (SDR), your ONLY responsibility is to generate qualified appointments through cold outreach.

  • This is NOT a closing role.
  • This is NOT a passive sales role.

You will be responsible for:

  • Cold calling
  • Outbound messaging
  • Booking meetings for the sales team

This role requires high energy, persistence, and the ability to handle rejection daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 80–150 cold calls per day to US-based businesses
  • Send outbound emails and messages to generate interest
  • Qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
  • Follow a structured script and outreach process
  • Track daily activity and performance metrics
  • Continuously improve based on feedback and results
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity and appointment targets

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (spoken communication is critical)
  • Confident and clear speaking voice
  • Comfortable making high-volume cold calls
  • Strong work ethic and consistency
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Basic understanding of sales is a plus (training will be provided)
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus

Compensation:

  • Base pay + performance-based bonuses
  • Additional incentives for appointments booked
  • High performers will earn significantly more
