Job Title: Sales Relationship Manager – Real Estate
Location: DHA Phase II, Islamabad (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Relationship Manager who will play a direct and critical role in driving real estate sales and managing client relationships from inquiry to closing. This is an onsite position based at our DHA Phase II, Islamabad office.

Key Responsibilities
Actively manage and convert inbound/outbound leads into sales.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, investors, and property owners.
Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and property tours.
Understand client requirements and present appropriate property solutions.
Maintain and update client data, sales pipeline, and follow-ups through CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Confident, presentable, and proactive in client handling.
Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and deals simultaneously.
Good knowledge of the Islamabad real estate market (DHA, Bahria, and surrounding areas).
Must be available to work onsite in DHA Phase II, Islamabad.
