Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative for our Freight Forwarding business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customers for air, sea, and land freight services
• Promote company freight forwarding solutions to potential clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Prepare quotations and follow up on leads
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth shipments
• Maintain proper records of sales activities and client data
• Follow company policies and market trends

Target & Salary Policy (Important):

• The position is target-based
• Monthly sales targets will be assigned
• If the assigned target is NOT achieved, the employee will receive a fixed salary of PKR 15,000 only for that month
• Full agreed salary will be paid ONLY if the assigned monthly target is successfully achieved
• Salary will be reviewed based on consistent performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales (freight forwarding experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of logistics, shipping, and freight forwarding
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience
• Freight forwarding or logistics industry experience will be an advantage

• Target-based salary structure
• Commission or incentives (if applicable)

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
