Sales Representative

LeadX Digital seeks a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in lead generation, negotiation, closing techniques, and solution selling to effectively promote and sell our products or services. This role requires excellent communication abilities, basic proficiency in English, and a minimum educational qualification of matriculation. The candidate should be within the age range of 15 to 24 years and be eager to develop their career in sales by engaging potential customers and understanding their needs to deliver tailored solutions. As a Sales Representative at LeadX Digital, you play a critical role in driving the companys revenue by identifying new business opportunities, fostering customer relationships, and closing sales. This position involves interacting with a diverse customer base, utilizing effective communication and persuasive techniques to influence purchasing decisions. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it offers valuable experience in the sales domain and opportunities for professional growth within the company.
Responsibilities
 

• Generate new leads by researching and identifying potential clients through various channels.
• Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Present and demonstrate the companys products or services to potential clients effectively.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to reach agreements that satisfy both the client and the company.
• Apply closing techniques to convert leads into confirmed sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the company database.
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing promotional campaigns.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to better position company offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to the achievement of overall departmental objectives.
