The position does not involve managing a team but focuses on independently managing the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting to deal closure while maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Sales Representative at INSXOFT works closely with the technical team to ensure client specifications are met and contributes to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Accurate record-keeping and effective use of CRM tools are essential to track progress and maintain client data.
