INSXOFT is seeking a motivated Sales Representative with at least three years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will actively identify and generate new leads using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, email outreach, and freelancing platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills to engage potential clients, understand their business needs, and present INSXOFTs services clearly and persuasively. The position does not involve managing a team but focuses on independently managing the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting to deal closure while maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Sales Representative at INSXOFT works closely with the technical team to ensure client specifications are met and contributes to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Accurate record-keeping and effective use of CRM tools are essential to track progress and maintain client data. This role demands a solution-oriented approach to sales by employing skills such as lead generation, sales presentations, solution selling, and lead qualification to drive business growth efficiently.
Responsibilities
 

  • Identify and generate new sales leads across various platforms including LinkedIn, email outreach, and freelancing websites.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and requirements in order to tailor solutions.
  • Present INSXOFTs service offerings clearly and convincingly to potential customers.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and sales activities using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client needs are fully understood and solutions are properly aligned.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns promptly.
