Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Support

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and phone calls.
• Guide customers through product selection and answer their questions.
• Close sales and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Follow up with potential customers and abandoned inquiries.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide after-sales support when required.

Social Media & Content Creation

• Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Appear in videos when required and confidently present products.
• Record product demonstrations, unboxing videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Stay updated with social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate/Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Fluent in Urdu; basic English communication is a plus.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Interest in creating social media content and being on camera.
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
• Previous experience in sales, e-commerce, or customer service will be an advantage.
