This is a full-time role for a Cold Calling Agent at QuellBits in Karāchi. The Cold Calling Agent will be responsible for initiating contact with international customers in English, identifying potential leads, and converting them into business opportunities. The role involves building relationships, qualifying prospects, managing communication, following up on leads, and supporting the sales team in driving growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to international businesses and individuals.
Identify and qualify leads through cold calling.
Understand customer needs, provide appropriate solutions, and set meetings to convert prospects into clients.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM software to track interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.
Meet or exceed set sales targets and KPIs.
Follow up on initial outreach to ensure prospects stay engaged and convert into clients.
Address client questions and concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, sales, or business development, particularly in reaching out to international customers.
Strong proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written) to engage with clients from various English-speaking markets.
Familiarity with international markets
Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets, KPIs, and closing deals.
Strong market research abilities to identify and target new business opportunities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.

Compensation for this position ranges from Rs.40,000-70,000 depending on experience.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, from 8pm to 4am PKST
Saturday and Sunday off.
