We’re on the lookout for a Sales Manager - Bark & Upwork (Night Shift) who is not just good at closing deals — but takes ownership, leads with confidence, and is ready to build and grow a high-performance sales team.

Requirements:

• Take full ownership of the sales cycle — from lead response to closing.
• Respond instantly and professionally via email and WhatsApp.
• Lead and manage a small sales team with the potential to grow it further.
• Train and supervise our existing sales and lead generation executives.
• Identify client needs and communicate our design solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align on client strategy.
• Help build systems and processes to scale sales operations.
• Set goals, track KPIs, and achieve monthly targets and ensure team performance.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• 2+ years of experience in sales — preferably in creative or digital services.
• Prior team leadership or sales management experience is a big plus.
• Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
• Highly responsive and organized with strong follow-up skills.
• Strong ownership mentality — someone who is responsible & proactive.
• Comfortable working night shifts and being 100% on-site.

🕘 Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (US Time zone)

📌 Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday) | Office-based

Salary Bracket: PRK 100K to 150K
