We are a fast-growing software house specializing in website development and digital solutions, seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team. This role involves leading and expanding the sales team, driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and effective leadership. The ideal candidate will be proactive, skilled in managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and consistently achieving sales targets in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies focused on website development and software services.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate high-quality leads to grow the client base.
- Participate in key client meetings, prepare proposals, and lead negotiations to close deals.
- Collaborate closely with technical and project teams to ensure accurate project scoping and timely delivery.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular training to enhance skills.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management review.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Team Lead or Senior Sales Executive within a software house environment.
- Strong understanding of website development services and digital solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in international sales.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working with international clients is highly advantageous.
- This is a full-time, in-person role offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,000 to Rs180,000.
