Job Identification Mission Statement

This position is responsible for executing learning interventions in collaboration with L&D team and territory commercial teams to enhance the capability of employees to create a highly competent and multi skilled workforce capable to meet current & future organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities 

  1. Support assessment of capability needs of Commercial through a robust TNA in close collaboration with on-ground sales teams to identify gaps that need to be filled to achieve functional objectives.
  2. Execute annual capability plan on ground in close collabration with  line leaders & HR teams in territory to enhance critical skills required to meet functional goals.
  3. Deliver targeted training interventions based on 70-20-10 framework, leveraging technology and latest training methodologies to provide experiential learning to employees for fucntional & leadership skills development.
  4. Execute Core Commercial Programs and modules at territory level  with a keen focus on training impact.
    Track & report utilization of approved territory training budgets ensuring value addition to the organization through trained resources.
