Dua Designer, a dynamic and expanding retail fashion brand located in Dolmen Mall Tariq Road, Karachi, is looking to hire enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Executives. This full-time role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for fashion and enjoy interacting with customers in a professional retail setting. The position involves delivering exceptional service while representing a premium designer wear label, contributing to the brand’s reputation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting products with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring inventory is properly displayed.
- Accurately record all sales transactions and stock movements using the store’s system or register.
- Ensure that items shown to customers are returned and arranged correctly.
- Consistently uphold high standards of customer service and positively represent the brand image.
- Support daily store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; experience in the fashion industry is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated punctuality, discipline, and reliability in the workplace.
- Ability to work well within a team-focused, customer-driven environment.
- Presentable appearance with a commitment to following uniform and grooming standards.
- Availability to work during the following hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 12 PM – 10 PM
- Friday: 3 PM – 11 PM
- Saturday: 12 PM – 11 PM
- Sunday: 3 PM – 10 PM

Compensation and Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site position offering a starting salary of Rs25,000 per month.
