Job Overview:

We are hiring a creative and talented Script Writer to develop engaging Urdu scripts for video and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to simplify complex information into clear, compelling content that resonates with students and captures audience attention effectively.

Work Structure:

We are open to both full-time and task-based (freelance) collaborations. High-performing writers may be retained for long-term work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write engaging scripts for social media, ads, and video content
• Develop strong hooks and clear messaging for short-form videos
• Research topics and generate relevant content ideas
• Edit and refine scripts based on feedback
• Work with the creative team to align scripts with execution
• Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Script Writer, Content Writer, or similar role (fresh candidates with strong writing ability may apply)
• Strong command of Urdu (spoken tone, Roman Urdu, and natural expressions)
• Ability to write relatable, engaging, and sharp content (including natural humor where appropriate)
• Ability to write for short-form and long-form video content
• Strong rewriting and editing skills (ability to improve basic drafts)
• Ability to use AI tools to support writing—but not depend on them

Compensation

We offer a market-competitive base along with performance-based incentives. Writers are rewarded based on the impact and results of their content. Task-based and freelance opportunities are also available.
