Security Compliance Supervisor

Responsibilities
 

• Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to security and compliance across all group companies.
• Lead and manage a large team of security and compliance professionals totaling approximately 6000 individuals, ensuring efficient coordination and communication within the group.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments regularly to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies that align with organizational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of evolving legislation and best practices.
• Design, oversee, and improve incident response plans to ensure timely and effective reaction to security breaches or other compliance incidents.
• Collaborate with senior management to integrate security frameworks into business operations, promoting a culture of security awareness and proactive risk management.
• Monitor and review the effectiveness of security controls and compliance initiatives, preparing detailed reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide training and guidance to teams under supervision to enhance skills related to risk assessment, incident response, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate audits and assessments, responding to findings with corrective action plans and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain updated documentation of all security policies, procedures, and compliance activities, ensuring transparency and audit readiness.
• Foster interdepartmental collaboration to support seamless enforcement of security protocols and regulatory standards across all companies within the group.
• Utilize established risk assessment frameworks to systematically analyze potential threats, vulnerabilities, and impacts to business continuity.
