Location: Karachi, Pakistan

About the role:

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Account Manager to lead client partnerships for premium beauty and FMCG brands, with a particular focus on AI-powered creative solutions. This role demands someone who can blend deep beauty sector knowledge with an understanding of emerging AI technologies to drive innovative brand solutions.

What you will be doing:

Strategic Leadership:

Lead client relationships at senior level across beauty and wellness brands
Drive AI innovation and adoption within client projects
Develop deep understanding of client business objectives
Identify strategic opportunities for growth
Champion creative excellence and AI integration
Shape digital transformation initiatives

Client Partnership:

Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships
Lead strategic planning and budget management
Drive proactive innovation and solutions
Oversee multi-channel campaign delivery
Guide clients through AI implementation
Ensure commercial targets are met

Team Leadership:

Guide integrated team delivery
Foster collaboration between disciplines

Project Oversight:

Ensure project profitability

What you need to be great in this role:

8+ years account management experience
Strong beauty/FMCG sector experience
Track record of client growth
Experience with digital transformation
Understanding of AI capabilities.
Ability to work on-site 3 days per week
