Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Both options available)

Position Overview

We are a growing development team engaged in high-rise residential projects and are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architectural Draftsman to strengthen our design function.

This role is critical for ensuring accurate architectural planning, detailed working drawings, and seamless coordination with Structural and MEP teams from design stage through execution.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Drafting & Design Development

• Work closely with the Senior Architect during planning and design development stages.
• Prepare architectural planning drawings, detailed working drawings, and as-built / completion drawings
• Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with project specifications
• Maintain high standards of detailing and constructability

Design Coordination

• Work closely with the Senior Architect during planning and design development stages
• Coordinate drawings with Structural and MEP engineering teams
• Identify and resolve drawing-level conflicts and coordination issues

Project Execution Support

• Participate in design coordination and review meetings
• Ensure timely updates and revisions of drawings as per project requirements
• Support smooth transition from design to execution phases

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Degree in Architectural Drafting / Architecture
• Minimum 7+ years of proven experience in high-rise / multi-storey residential projects
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of additional software will be an advantage)
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and coordination practices
• Ability to work independently with a professional approach and strong attention to detail
