Summary

The Senior Consultant Dynamics 365 CE/CRM at Systems Limited plays a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable and upgradeable CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Power Platform. This role covers end-to-end project phases from planning to deployment, driving business process improvements through technical and functional CRM expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions based on business requirements.
• Contribute across all project phases: Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Test, and Deploy.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE including Plugins, Custom Workflows, JavaScript, and Web API integrations.
• Implement best practices to ensure scalable, upgradeable, and supported customizations aligned with product roadmaps.
• Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Apps Portal, Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse to deliver business solutions.
• Develop and maintain SSRS and Power BI reports for data visualization and business insights.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with third-party applications and services.
• Lead data migration efforts including data mapping, harmonization, and transformation using OOB and custom solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align solutions with business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Proven experience across multiple full lifecycle implementations including Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Services modules.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.
• Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Skilled in C#, .NET, HTML, SQL Server, AngularJS.
• Strong experience with Plugins, JavaScript, Custom Workflows, and Web API.
• Expertise in data migration, system integration, and performance optimization.
• Experience with reporting tools like SSRS and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
• Understanding of security, compliance, and cloud CRM best practices.
