Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team and coordinating Go-to-Market (GTM) activities to ensure successful product or service launches. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to prepare sales materials, track launch activities, manage CRM data, and monitor sales performance. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, sales operations experience, and an understanding of GTM strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end Go-to-Market activities for new product or service launches.
  • Support the sales team with pricing, proposals, quotations, and customer documentation.
  • Maintain CRM data, sales pipelines, and customer records with accuracy.
  • Track GTM milestones, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate sales enablement activities, including training schedules, product documentation, and presentation materials.
  • Monitor inventory or product availability (where applicable) to support successful launches.
  • Facilitate communication between internal departments to ensure timely execution of customer commitments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, or Go-to-Market support.
  • Understanding of Go-to-Market strategies and product launch processes.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
