We are a large and rapidly expanding organization operating a chain of retail stores across Karachi. We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and result-oriented Senior HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. This role provides an excellent platform for continuous learning, professional development, and long-term career advancement.

Key Competencies

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Handle employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and management information.
• Coordinate with department heads to meet organizational manpower requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA (Human Resources) or equivalent qualification from a reputable university.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience.
• Candidates with exposure to the FMCG or retail industry will be preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS will be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 80,000 – 90,000 per month (Negotiable based on qualifications, experience, and overall credentials).
