Job Description:

Finova labs is looking for a motivated Senior Sales Executive (Lead Generation) to join our sales team. You'll manage a team to drive quality B2B leads and support company growth. Ideal candidates have strong B2B lead gen, data-driven skills, and team leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calling to identify and engage potential clients.
Execute cold campaigns through direct calls.
Qualify leads and route them to the sales team
Stay up to date on industry trends and meet outreach and conversion KPIs.

What We’re Looking For:

2 years of lead generation or sales development experience.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
Excellent communication skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
