We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Lead to drive business growth in the USA market by connecting with businesses that need professional Web Development and SEO Optimization services.

What You'll Do

• Generate and qualify high-value business leads in the USA.
• Prospect and connect with decision-makers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Present our Web Development and SEO solutions to potential clients.
• Build long-term client relationships and manage the complete sales cycle.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client success.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation.
• Experience selling Web Development, SEO, or other digital marketing services is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional, self-motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while meeting performance goals.
• Comfortable working the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM PKT) to align with USA business hours.
