Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the Australian market to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct cold calls and lead generation activities to identify potential business opportunities and expand the sales pipeline.
  • Perform thorough needs analysis to understand client requirements and tailor solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations that clearly articulate product benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions confidently to close deals that align with company goals and client satisfaction.
  • Use CRM software to accurately record and manage customer information, sales activities, and forecast sales performance.
  • Analyze sales data regularly to identify trends, optimize sales strategies, and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through proactive pipeline management and strategic selling tactics.
  • Handle client objections professionally and provide timely responses to customer inquiries to maintain satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports that track progress and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and product updates.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and Australian market conditions to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
  • Adhere to company policies and ethical sales practices while representing SpeedXTransfer in all client interactions.
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate the Australian business day, ensuring availability for client calls and meetings.
