Job Summary:

Markeltree, a growing software development agency, is seeking a skilled SEO Content Writer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in creating high-quality, search-optimized content that drives web traffic and improves online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and edit SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and landing pages
• Conduct keyword research and incorporate relevant terms into content naturally
• Ensure content follows SEO guidelines, maintains brand tone, and supports campaign goals
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce content aligned with strategies
• Proofread content for grammar, clarity, structure, and keyword placement
• Track and report content performance using SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an SEO content writer or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus
