Shopify manager & Customer representative

We are hiring a responsible and detail-oriented individual to manage our Shopify store backend and assist with customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Shopify store backend (everything related to orders)
• Process and track customer orders
• Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team
• Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp, & call
• Maintain basic records using Microsoft Excel

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Shopify (required)
• Ability to understand and write basic English
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn

Salary:

PKR 45,000 – 60,000 per month
