Bit Development (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our growing marketing team. If you're passionate about creating engaging content, building online communities, and growing brand presence across digital platforms, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and other relevant channels.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Create compelling captions, graphics, and short-form content in collaboration with the design team.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend creative ideas to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries while maintaining the company's brand voice.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to promote company events, product launches, employee engagement activities, and recruitment campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools will be an advantage.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
