We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Executive to strengthen our digital presence, engage our audiences, and drive organic growth across multiple platforms.

The Role

As a Social Media Executive, you’ll take an active role in creating and managing content, growing our social media channels, engaging online communities, researching trends, analyzing performance, and supporting paid advertising initiatives.

You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop content that is engaging, relevant, and aligned with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts.
• Create engaging graphics, reels, short-form videos, posts, and marketing creatives.
• Develop and maintain organized content calendars.
• Research social media trends, audience behavior, competitor activity, and algorithm updates.
• Develop strategies to increase organic reach, engagement, and audience growth.
• Manage and engage communities across Reddit, Quora, and Pinterest.
• Monitor social media analytics and provide actionable, performance-based recommendations.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across platforms.
• Assist with Meta paid advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams on campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Good understanding of Reddit, Quora, and Pinterest.
• Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and organic growth strategies.
• Mandatory: Proficiency in Canva and CapCut.
• Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A strong and relevant portfolio is required.

Portfolio Requirements

Your portfolio may include:

• Social media accounts you’ve managed
• Successful campaigns
• Reels and short-form videos
• Social media graphics and creatives
• Content calendars
• Organic growth results
• Paid advertising campaigns
• Influencer campaigns
• Other relevant digital marketing projects

Candidates without a relevant portfolio may not be considered.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following areas will be considered an advantage:

• Religious or faith-based content
• PR or marketing agencies
• Influencer marketing campaigns
• Professional content creation
• Digital media or production

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Illustrator is also a plus.

Degree Not Required

A university degree is not mandatory for this position.

We value practical skills, creativity, hands-on experience, measurable results, and portfolio strength over academic qualifications.

• Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM–2:00 AM
• Preferred: Candidates residing near Gulshan-e-Iqbal
