Razab Inc. is one of Amazon's fastest-growing glass food storage brands. We're building our next chapter — and we need someone who has done this before.
About Razab:
We make BPA-free, borosilicate glass food storage containers that people genuinely love. Our products are among the most reviewed in our category on Amazon. We have an active creator programme across TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest, and a dedicated growth team in place.
The Role
You will own our entire social commerce and creator growth operation. That means TikTok creator sourcing, Spark Ads strategy, YouTube content pipeline, Pinterest, and weekly performance reporting — all with one goal: growing Amazon branded search volume for Razab and converting social interest into measurable sales.
This is not a strategy-and-slides role. It is a build-and-deliver role.
What You Will Own
→ TikTok creator programme — sourcing, briefing, tier progression, and long-term partnerships
→ Spark Ads — which videos get boosted, correct settings, right destinations, right budgets
→ YouTube — Shorts repurposing pipeline and mid-form authority content
→ Pinterest — board SEO, daily posting cadence, Promoted Pins
→ Weekly reporting — Amazon branded search, TikTok Shop GMV, YouTube and Pinterest growth
→ Team leadership — managing and developing two direct reports
What We Are Looking For
You must be able to demonstrate:
✔ 5+ years of experience in social media, creator marketing, or social commerce — with a track record of building programmes that produced measurable results, not just managed accounts
✔ 3+ years specifically building TikTok creator programmes — sourcing, structuring tiers, and driving measurable outcomes
✔ Proven Spark Ads experience — correct objectives, targeting, and landing destinations that produced purchases, not just views
✔ Hands-on TikTok Shop experience — seller setup, Affiliate programme, SKU management
✔ Experience connecting TikTok content to Amazon sales — you understand branded search lift, Amazon Attribution, and the assisted conversion model
✔ Experience managing creators across multiple tiers — from commission-only trial relationships through to paid long-term partnerships
Preferred:
✔ Consumer products category experience
✔ YouTube mid-form content strategy knowledge
✔ Pinterest SEO experience
✔ Prior team management (5–10 people)
What Success Looks Like
In your first 90 days, we expect:
→ TikTok Shop live and generating GMV
→ Spark Ads producing purchases, not just views
→ Creator pipeline of 20–30 niche-matched creators actively posting
→ Amazon branded search for 'Razab' growing week-on-week
→ YouTube Shorts repurposing pipeline running consistently
