Social Media Manager

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to lead and enhance our company’s presence across various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content that reflects our brand identity. This role demands creativity, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of current social media trends to effectively grow and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
- Plan, create, and publish regular content including posts, reels, and stories.
- Develop innovative and creative ideas to keep the audience engaged and interested.
- Write compelling captions and social media copy tailored to the target audience.
- Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, and other forms of audience interaction.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends and integrate them into the content strategy.
- Track, analyze, and report on page growth and engagement metrics to optimize performance.
- Ensure the company’s social media presence remains active and consistent with brand goals.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2+ years of experience in social media management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Up-to-date understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, specifically tailored for social media audiences.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous work experience or a portfolio demonstrating social media management skills is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000.
