Role Overview

We are hiring a Social Media Marketer who can strategically build and scale our presence across major digital platforms. You’ll be the voice of our brand online — creating, managing, and optimizing content that connects with our audience while leading paid ad campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement result-driven social media strategies
• Plan, create, and schedule compelling content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter (X)
• Manage paid ad campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and videos
• Analyze content performance and provide monthly growth reports
• Stay updated with trends, platform changes, and audience behavior
• Engage with the audience, respond to messages and comments, and build community interaction
• Maintain an organized social media calendar and ensure consistent brand voice

What We're Looking For

We are specifically seeking someone with proven experience and results.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media marketing or management
• You must have data, content, or social media pages you’ve successfully grown
• Hands-on experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns is required
• Strong copywriting and content planning skills
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, and content scheduling platforms
• Clear understanding of platform-specific algorithms and engagement strategies
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
